Addie started Kindergarten this year. She was so excited for the big day to start, but was a little worried because her best friend Grace moved to Murray in the summer. She has afternoon Kindergarten and her teacher's name is Mrs. Story. Addie walked in all confident and we took some pictures of her at her new desk, but as soon as I tried to leave the big alligator tears broke out. Luckily her new best friend is also named Addison and she has made so many new friends this year. She especially loves getting to walk home with Logan.
We spent Labor Day weekend in Bear Lake for one last weekend before Mom and Dad leave for their mission. We stopped in Logan and took Kaitlyn out to our favorite pizza joint, Frederico's, and of crouse to get some Famous Aggie Ice Cream. She came up for some fun on the lake and boating. We also went hiked Tony's Grove and Jensen had to make an emergency pit stop. He was potty training during that trip hahah.
The Blue Slurpees, Logan's soccer team. They practiced so hard during the summer and all their hard work definitely paid off in the Fall.
Grandpa and Grandma Diederich's mission farewell. Talk about a full house at the chapel plus another missionary was having his farewell the same day. After his talk, mom's talk and Traci and I's piano duet there was only a few minutes left for Dad's talk. He did great though and so did Mom as usual. We had a huge lunch spread afterwards with all the family and many friends. Such a wonderful day but also so sad to realize they would be leaving for 18 months. They are setting the perfect example for the upcoming grandkids and their mission plans.
Supporting Josh at his last football game of the season. Please Jensen don't follow in his footsteps and be a football player. I can't handle the stress of watching my son take so many hard hits.
Waffle Love...Jensen and my favorite activity while the older kids were in school.
Traverse Mountain Elementary Fall School Carnival.
Josh received his Eagle and they even had a real eagle come to the Court of Honor. Jensen was in total awe of the huge bird.
Women's Conference with Traci, Mom and Ellie the night before Mom and Dad left for Nauvoo.
Some farewell pictures of Grandma with the grandkids. Such a bittersweet morning...we were so excited for their journey ahead of them but also terribly sad to say good-bye.
Mom and Dad's arrival to Nauvoo. They were so relieved to arrive after 3 days of traveling in the car.
We spent General Conference at St. George. Jeremy, Star, and Zane were also there so we got to go on some fun hikes with them. Addie and Jensen just love little Zane and couldn't get enough of him.
Logan's Utah cake project for 4th grade...
Halloween at Gardner's Village during the Witch Festival...
A rare picture with Addie and Uncle Troy...

Thanksgiving weekend in Las Vegas....150 people, blow-up slide, games, tribute to the original 4 McDonalds, and trip to the Temple.
Kaitlyn and her boyfriend James Penfold from England stayed with us for a while during the holidays. Jensen loved him and even asked if he could marry him!!!
Jensen and his preschool teacher, Mrs. Dollar...
The Call Family Christmas Party...we represented for the Thomas family.
The Hansen came by for dinner before they left for Sun Valley, Idaho. It was so great to see them and how much their kids have grown. Ethan - almost 11, Greta - 8 and Gentry - 4.
Taggart Christmas Party ugly sweater contest. McKenna was the winner!!!
Christmas morning - poor Addie was so sick!
New Year's week in St. George. We swam on New Year's Eve in the hot tub, went on daily hikes with Traci, Ellie and Ethan and enjoyed the best corn dogs ever!!!!
Jensen's first trip to the Dentist...he was a real champ. No tears at all...why can't he be this brave for school.
